it used to be good but not so much now

achievable quotas. not placing blame in individuals for things out of our control (ie. economic factors, immature products)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

more competitive pay that doesn't rely on bonuses. receiving 100% of quarterly bonus is almost impossible with unachievable quotas
