Overall experience is unfortunately getting worse and worse each year. I loved this company when I first started and it slowly fades away due to common sense things... Keep good employees. Give them yearly raises for appreciation. C-suite needs to look into what is going on at the lower levels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The longer I work here the harder this question becomes. They have core values but at the end of the day you are just another number.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership currently holds great performing reps in their positions way longer than they should be to ensure they hit quota. They want the good reps on their team instead of helping them move up in the company. I have seen so many great reps leave due to this. Our core values are Fake.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it is fair but in all honestly doesn't make the most sense. You can be in the same position for 5 years (Over Performing) and not see a single pay raise. Most tenured reps make the same as new reps (On Target). Slap in the face really. C-suite can't give earned Raises...
