So far it's been great! The tech market as a whole makes everything a bit murkier, but Outreach has done a good job about being transparent and making me feel like it's in our hands, and we are armed to make it.

Everyone is very sharp and contributes, but they are also very humble and easy to work with considering how obviously talented they all are.

I like how invested they are in our own development, and their willingness to both move fast as well as step back make changes when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a great package all around. The pay is definitely high for the area, and the insurance is some of the best I've had in a while.

I like all the interesting and difficult problems I get to take on on a daily basis, and the opportunities that I have to grow both myself and my team.
