I love how we all have each other's backs - our personalities mesh very well and that speaks to our hiring practices as well as being a phenomenal place to work. Happy employees work better together!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really take our company's core values to heart from the top down. Our leadership is humble while being some of the smartest people I've ever met and our staffing policies are to always hire to elevate the team so we're always improving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency shown by our Exec Team is phenomenal. They are very approachable and I think the fact that they sit on the floor with the rest of the employees rather than in offices away from us speaks to the embodiment of our company culture.
