I am so thankful to be working here at Outreach. I had wanted to work here for almost two years and when I got the chance, I knew I couldn't pass it up. It is a TON of work, all the time, with almost no down time, but it is also so rewarding. There really isn't much I would change about it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a yearly bonus based on total year ARR attainment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Gritty, fast-paced, everyone has each other backs, focus on diversity, focus on families and family leave policies, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all work their as*es off! This is the first company I have worked for where I don't have a "weak link" co-worker. It's pretty amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have an incredibly diverse and balanced leadership team. They all bring unique perspectives to the table, they manage each other and their teams well, and are overall great advocates for Outreach.
