Overall I'm very happy at my company. The work is challenging and my co-workers are top-notch. I do see some issues with pay equity, which I wish would be addressed though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is well under market rate for similar roles both inside of the Outreach and at other companies. There have been no efforts to correct that disparity. I would feel valued if there were some course of action to recognize my contributions and increase my compensation accordingly.
