Free health insurance doesn't hurt, but also getting things like a commuter card and long paternity leave are very helpful and competitive. Oh, and snacks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of fist bumps all the time and people shouting each other out publicly for doing a great job. We also live the idea that "nobody loses alone."

Every one of them is very approachable about any topic, which makes it feel compelling to ask them questions when interested in something the company is doing. Also, nobody is unwilling to lend a hand.

Everyone is very approachable, both in-person and online. I don't feel like I need to hesitate about reaching out if I have a question for them, and they never make me feel like I wasted their time.
