Growth companies are really hard, unique, and individual. I've spent a decade in the Bay working in start-ups and growth companies and Outreach is the best I've seen positioned in people, strategy, and vision. It is not perfect and it's messy, but we tend to pull off the right thing in the end.

We're all on a roller coaster together and that we laugh.

Getting work done constructively with people understanding progress for the company, not just what's in it for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely good people. Leadership's really hard and a growth company is a more human endeavor than a business one, believe or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They stick together and try to get each other's backs. Everybody has fear and sticking points, but Outreachers usually always can get past this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm satisfied; company bonus, equity--I would say we're better than the average growth company the fact we have a bonus program at all for our stage.
