I have solid OTE. Comp gets reviewed regularly in sales to make sure comp is fair.

Always have good intentions and work very hard to do what is right. Open to suggestion. Humble.

Hustle. Collaboration. The idea that we are going to have problems but we will work through them together.

The people I work with. I am really tied to the vision of what we do, but being able to do it with people I care about and are passionate is special.
