What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am proud of the close friendships that I have formed inside and outside my org. Even when people have moved on from Outreach we still keep in touch and grab a drink or coffee quite frequently.
What makes you most happy at work?
We celebrate the big AND small wins. I am a remote employee but it never feels that way. Between Slack, Zoom and quarterly onsite meetings I rarely feel disconnected. We make an effort to stay connected and it shows
