We always ask each other questions and make sure we push each other and at the same time have each others backs: in other words, we help each other to grow. I'm surrounded by some super talented people, so I never get to stop learning new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always have my back and best interest in mind. They always make sure our goals are aligned, support me in every way possible - they make sure I am set up to succeed, and sometimes that means being able to learn quickly from mistakes and being able to grow forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always so happy in the office it is contagious. Whenever I hit a roadblock, I can turn to my leadership or teammate to help me out or just simply help me get in the right headspace to push forward. Outreach moves fast, but it is exhilarating to see what we all accomplish.
