Overall my experience at the company has been amazing. Like anyplace, we hit some rough patches at times but everyone comes together in order to smooth those patches over.

Everyone wants to move forward, quickly, together.

We work well together to keep it simple.

I feel that I am paid fairly for my skills, and it is nice to be appreciated and valued appropriately.

Most likely the stock options. Being offered options and having them vest over time is a great way to plan for the future.

We work together really well. Everyone is willing to share feedback with each other and we can discuss it in a professional manner.

Transparency. Each member of the leadership team always is very open about the direction we are moving and what the goals for the company are.

The benefits are great, and a wonderful deal. They include everything I might need and give me the flexibility to "upgrade" choices to tailor it to my lifestyle.

Transparency. They let us know what is going on and what direction the company is going. They keep us updated on all the ups, and any downs if they should happen.

Inclusivity. Our company does what it can to ensure that everyone is not only treated fairly, but that we educate everyone how we can be inclusive to make the safest workplace possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their transparency. At least once a quarter there is an all hands, and every month there are large team all hands. On top of that there are weekly emails to help us know what is going on and keep our pulse on the company.

Our ability to help each other out, and jump onto a project quickly. Our team is often pulled in different directions to help out other teams, and each of us are able to pivot and do what needs to be done. All while getting our work finished.
