Overall Outreach has been a good company as far as career potential and progression in skills. The pay is solid, benefits are solid. A lot of change in growing the company, some of that may put off people, a lot of room for making an impact. You don't get that opportunity, if ever.

What we are building. The software and vision we have for what we are doing and we can do.

They are clear about goals and they are relatable as a whole. They also seem to care about you as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a whole there are a good amount of decent people. Smart, hard working, good to work with. Not the most exciting or dynamic, but solid people to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What we are building is exciting. The culture is solid, but there are a lot of unknowns about things with the amount of people coming in. It's already not as good as it was, but other areas are good.
