What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with like-minded folks, who take their work seriously but also know how to have fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, and being encouraged to use it - My department requires five days off each quarter, in addition to any company holidays or office closures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other as people. Many of us are friends outside of work, and spend considerable amount of time together. We support each other and lift each other up, and it's a wonderfully caring environment to work in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have created a culture of positivity and diversity; Outreach is the first company where I have felt both encouraged and expected to bring my whole self to work. The environment feels comfortable, and I have had no issues being "out" at work.
