I have really enjoyed my time at Outreach. It's a genuine place where everyone cares about our culture, our customers and our products. I think we have a very inclusive culture where people are not afraid to be themselves and make an impact by bringing up new challenging ideas.

Collaborative, incredibly smart and talented people, really believe in the mission and the product.

I love our work/life balance - we have unlimited PTO, company holidays and a mental health day each month which we call a "refresh day"

My team is supportive, collaborative, and always has my back. I continue to learn a lot from them and become better in my role each day.

Outreach is a place where you can authentically be yourself. It's really special to feel so comfortable in a workplace where you can openly share ideas without fear of being immediately shut down.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a recruiter I love speaking with potential candidates and sharing my experience with Outreach. We are growing and hiring a lot and it's exciting to speak to people about everything going on!
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process I really enjoyed meeting my future team. They were all very consistent and open about the challenges the team faced but also the exciting things our team was building. I felt everyone was very genuine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is thoughtful and transparent. They truly care about our culture and often respond to company wide emails where individuals are shouted out for great customer service or even their first sales win. They are great motivators and mentors to Outreach.
