I love Outreach, but it's been hard. I have been expected to do work that would take 2-3 people, but as one person. Im never asked how much I work, probably because my manager knows I put in 10 hour days. I wish I was paid more, and that there was 401K matching.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It can be fun. I wish there was more recognition and awards/rewards for our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not getting paid per industry average. I learned that my co-worker, who was doing less than me but in the same role was making almost $30k more than me.
