What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting with my peers for meetings and projects. I know that I'm going to learn something new and build something awesome with my teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A passionate group that cares deeply about each other and their work. They all bring their experiences and expertise to the table and it helps everyone grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This group makes every effort to learn and evolve. I've been completely blown away but Outreach's efforts to highlight the diversity it has. From the C-suite on down, there's buy-in for making sure everyone is their authentic self.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're transparent and visible. I appreciate the amount of information and context they provide. Additionally, they show up to meetings and give everyone a space to contribute. It's clear that this leadership team cares about it's employees and living the values it's created.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is highly competitive. However, the bonus offered to me was a bit on the lower side compared to company's I've worked for in the past. To make up for that, paying out my bonus on a quarterly bases is a nice touch. The big ticket item is the generous stock options.
