What makes you most happy at work?
The work we're doing is exciting. We're delivering great solutions to the market. Our products are also well loved so customers love learning about Outreach and setting it up. It makes my meetings easy and enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so transparent and human, which is rare to find in an Executive Leadership team. You really feel like you could approach any single one of them and they would carve out time to meet if needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Outreach struck the perfect balance of finding great workers who get things done but who still remember we're all human. We work hard but everyone remembers that we're all human and do not need to encourage a burnout culture!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of Outreach's Core Values is "We Got Your Back" and that is always alive and well. I am always surprised by how quickly team members or colleagues jump in to help out and it encourages me to do the same for others. It's a collaborative environment!
