During most of 2020 and now 2021 it's been great! No more working from office and that is a big enough change with enough impact on my life to stay as long as I can.

No 401k match? Really? In 2021 when all of the other players in this industry are doing it?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manny is 100% human. I feel like I hear more updates from him than others in leadership through from the CEO's desk updates, which I think is a great thing to maintain as we grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely 100% as it works best for my home life and my mental health. Not commuting everyday has really shown me how much of a drain something as simple as commuting was on my life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are still nearly fully remote and there seem to be so little complications caused by that. I actually feel like it's been more productive and has forced us to document everything and there's always a paper trail for a conversation had.
