Working for OSS is stressful. Managers are inhumane. Bullying is common

BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

I'm always excited to go to work.

The income structure is good in full of promise in the beginning. The management style, is a Micro Management style within my current team. They managementyou to the point that youare incapacitated. Company will not help you when you in need. Policies and procedures are not applied consistently.

It is very toxic working at OUTsurance.

One on one for improvement on products, systems and overall wellbeing of their staff members which hardly ever happens at other companies

They understand that they work with people and they live their values of honesty, human....

Apply the the Policies and Procedures and make them compliant with relevant legislation. Management style must be reviewed. Live the Values of the Company because it's only lip service currently.

Practice inclusive leadership and stop overworking people.

We are more of a family than anything else. We care for each other and make sure we get the job done

Nothing is positive about this environment

Positivity , peaceful , honesty and transparency

There is nothing positive, it is a cut throat environment and the Managers are never wrong. if you don't work long hours, you are considered lazy. The work load is a lot unmanageable, unfair and impossible to handle.

I've never worked for a company that is invested in their employees well being, emotionally and financially and extremely customer centric aswell

The money and the people that i work with

They have heartless and self motivated management that overlook key offences of staff that make sales dishonestly and they fire staff for being terminally ill with a disciplinary that completely destroys their moral.

Top down management style isn't working. They must hire more people so that employees may cope with the workload. They must also encourage people to be educated and also encourage a work life balance.
