- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They have heartless and self motivated management that overlook key offences of staff that make sales dishonestly and they fire staff for being terminally ill with a disciplinary that completely destroys their moral.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Apply the the Policies and Procedures and make them compliant with relevant legislation. Management style must be reviewed. Live the Values of the Company because it's only lip service currently.
