I feel that everything is well-balanced. My work is challenging and fulfilling, and my day-to-day experience here is engaging and comfortable. There is a lot of attention to detail in our daily life which is reflected in the campus, benefits/perks/amenities, and general approach to leadership.

The environment is undoubtedly fast-paced, but not inherently hectic. The campus was built in a way that encourages movement away from your desk. Ultimately, the belief is to provide employees with the resources they need and then getting out of their way and let them do their best work.

A lot is expected of our people, but Overstock does a great job at providing resources and getting out of the way of the employees. There is an inordinate amount of attention to detail put into our day-to-day life here which makes our time at work extremely effective and fulfilling.
