What makes you most happy at work?
I love the space I'm given to get things done. It makes me want to work harder, and I tend to accomplish more when someone isn't looking over my shoulder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team really cares about their employees. I've been here a long time, the atmosphere they've created makes it one of the best companies that I've ever worked for. They listen to what their employees say, and frequently check on us to see if they're doing right by us.
