They do actively look at the market and do their best to match rates to others. They are great at health benefits and matching 401K also. Top notch for all that.

Very kind, no stuck up people. Everyone is so capable, you don't worry about them running things while you are gone. Fun loving people too. Don't take themselves too seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open (literally) and collaborative. Everyone gets to add their opinion to company policies and benefits. They have company events that show how much they value and atmosphere of positive energy.
