I enjoy working for Overstock. It is a fast place exciting work place that is not only helping me grow professionally but also personally. I love OWN (Overstock’s Women’s Network). I get to enjoy making a difference

That we get to choose how we get compensated.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I know I make a difference and it is seen by peers and executives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is boots on the ground type of mentality. They are very approachable and personable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was very personable, transparent and had amazing communication thru out the process. I always knew what was going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Greenhouse, fresh fruits and veggies!!! Meditation and yoga. Onsite barber, dentist, doctor, coffee and juice bar, and gym and many many more!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are left to do our job but can reach out for help if needed and it is never seen as a weakness.

My Team is everything to help me stay focused and motivated. They are encouraging but also challenge me to be the best version of myself

I fell like I am getting paid fairly it does not matter what you have you always want more and it does not matter what others make.

Communication and guidance. I love coming to work because what I do makes a difference and they know it, they show it and tell me all the time.

How approachable they are and open to try new things. Also how much they know the impact of the company has on its employees and they genuinely care.

Onsite daycare, and doctor. Healthy food options. We go together to lunch as a team because we want to. Training and classes about how to use our benefits better. A mentoring program, amazing award winning internship program. Greenhouse!!

What has been said in the previous comments. I know I make a difference and I am able to do it every day because of the feedback I receive and the challenges I face. I am heard and listen to and care for and about. It is amazing.
