Colleagues, office environment, are all fantastic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They say that overall we run above market. My pay seems to be at market. The benefits are great. Onsite health care is fantastic and everyone uses it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a team lead who is really experienced. She is smart, and sets a great example. I am asking her for coaching to see if I can move up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working with Patrick Byrne is like getting to work with visionary. But most visionaries are jerks. He seems to really care about people. The merchandising team is better than at any retailer company I ever worked for.
