What is the best part about your compensation package?
i would love to have more stock market options other than gold and silver im under 21 and cannot have a 401K
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like leader ship not a boss my supervisor is on the phone sometimes when it gets too busy same with some of the wolves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the person that hired me was personal but didnt go over my work experience too much and the questions that were asked were weird to me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
more exceptions for the workers. I get that its not "fair" to the rest but if we can make exceptions for customers we should be able to do the same thing for employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment is amazing the only thing i dont like about my job is customer service, overstock understands no on really likes customer service and treats the employees really well and helps me help the customer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i love my team i just like how theres teams in general and i think there should be more meetings especially in Q4 that where info is passed back and forth and Q4 is the most crucial part of the year i think we need it.
