What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The value the company places in their employees is reflected greatly through-out their employees actions and expressions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They had three different management teams interview me, which I find to be the most effective in making sure I was a right fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work through out the company and as we progress we are making great strides to make communication simple and involve everyone with important decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment, amenities, and benefits they provide including, counseling and outside services they provide to make the employees life better and easier to work, such as detail cleaning and hair services.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am encouraged to work at my own pace, which makes me want to work more and do my best for the company. Overall the company and my manager are very understanding and I am grateful for all they have given me.
