It's a "one team" mentality. Everyone works together, helping each other. The drama is gone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity is not only welcome, it's embraced. Individuals are all made to feel important. We like to work hard, but we would play hard too (before WFH).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are some of the most generous available. The company also pays close attention to equal pay by gender and adjusts when necessary. They communicate how to improve your role in the company, thereby increasing your pay and bonus.
What makes you most happy at work?
I make a difference and I'm not the only person that recognizes that. I help many, but I am also helped by many. You are not alone. If you have concerns, you are heard and action is taken. Everyone works hard and it shows in our success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a well thought out plan and execute on that plan. We hit our goals, objectives and plans. Our opinions are welcomed and valued and communication is open and honest. They care about every employee. Drama is not accepted. This is the best the company has ever been organized and ran.
