The company takes Diversity and Inclusion seriously. They're also trying to think of fun activities on a regular basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference. Being respected. Having them ask for my opinion and then taking my suggestions and implementing them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fitness center, Health clinic, Daycare and Greenhouse. These are amazing extras besides our great and affordable healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone watches out for and helps each other. There's no dreadful office politics. We confront problems directly to each other and not behind their backs or run to HR.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work well together. They respectfully challenge each other for the good of the business. They are hard workers that are focused on their teams. They are a good group of professionals.
