What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there is always someone to give you feedback or make you laugh! Humor and casualness is a huge part of our culture no doubt.
What makes you most happy at work?
The connections I have with my co-workers and how we are working together to consistently improve our client and candidate facing services. We also have really awesome monthly Network celebrations!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility and openness that surrounds bonus options. We are heavily involved in determining what we are capable of and what generates the most impact and revenue. Additionally, our healthcare benefit options are AMAZING.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is great at involving all employees in decision processes and is always very direct in their communication style. This makes for a work space that is highly productive and very engaged. Personality-wise, they are all lovely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team understands that it is equally important to invest in your team as you do for your report. We are each others biggest supporters and sources of feedback on the daily. I think a lot of this has to do with our company's direct approach to communication.
