They do a lot to prevent burn out. I burn out fairly easily and even I feel very comfortable with the workload and I dont feel pressured to over exert myself
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The sign about keeping voices quiet should be either observed by everyone, or taken down if it's there as some kind of sarcastic joke.
I think that if there where more donuts at work, it would improve our company culture.
