The Leadership team is very consistent and hardworking. and helps make sure that PACE is a healthy Environment and works extremely hard to ensure PACE thrives as a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a young employee PACE has treated me extremely well and has compensated me fairly, PACE goes above and beyond to ensure that their employees are satisfied with their work and compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, all of the PACE employees are very understanding and enjoyable to be around, everyone always has each others back and if there is an issue its communicated in a healthy way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The PACE Team is very good at working together to fix problems and maintain a healthy environment, everyone is friendly and welcoming and even while feeling rigid our team maintains that better as a team mindset.
