- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Quality is something of a joke. I wouldn't buy a Tesla knowing the shortcuts allowed and the issues that Elon himself has overlooked. Nepotism is a huge issue with managers that don't know what they are doing, don't bel9ngbin their poaition and don't stick up for their people. Just there to say yes.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?No reward for knowledge or performance. Bonuses and pay should be performance based not just a blanket rate for everyone. No incentive to grow after 9 months in a position. No care for their staff and their lives outside of the building with their punitive points system.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being leaders instead of being yes men and pushing their stuff down to their teams. HR and management turn a blind eye to people stealing time and even make it easier for those that complain enough as a group. There is no leadership. They just want you to do without their own ownership.
