Health insurance and life insurance

The free drinks and the 65% off when our food is expensive

The benefits are nice and reasonable

Everything is great just not enough communication

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been working here for already a little over a year and I never got a raise. I've been told I was going to get one instead of got one. They complain about me getting overtime even though they always call me in.

My 40 hour work weeks I was hired for they are now down to 44 hours Every two weeks I wasn't informed that I was being take down to part time when I was hired full-time I

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would have just liked to be fully trained and not left not knowing if what I was doing was correct. However they wanted to focus on training new management instead of making sure the managers they had were trained properly.

Needs to be better in all areas

To be treated fairly and compensated for the work I do.

No communication or team work

I feel so low on the value meter. I don't feel valued at all. GM makes me fell the lowest of low in value of opinon and just being valued in general.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Nobody cares about the workers

need better supervision of employees, need to manage schedules so they come out more than 8 hours a head so you can plan appointments. Manager needs to find replacement if you are sick and not hold it over you

Review from Customer Support Dept

Just simply communication and respect to others!! Hire better Managers that do know how to manage instead of hiding in the office on their phone watching cameras. Maybe help staff and do your job. HR too!!

Benefits are below average and take a costly chunk of your paycheck to obtain.

I constantly am working hard to improve impact areas of the cafe and they either go unnoticed or I get berated and told to "stay in my lane"

Undervalued as new Workers make more that people working there Years . Pay people Living Wages

I am cross trained everywhere. And yet I'm not paid fairly compared to the workers who slack I have to pick up even though they have been there longer.

Real appreciation, pay me what I'm worth or at least enough to survive.

For as much as we put up with as service workers, $14/hr for a team lead position is significantly less than similar positions that pay upwards of $4 more. Panera does not value its employees enough to pay them fair wages.

i was never recognized by the hard work i did, was denied promotions but they were given to workers other workers had complained about multiple time, disclosed my private info with other employees

The associates feel undervalued for the amount of labor we do and the amount of slack we have to pick up from out management team and are under paid for the amount of work we put in.

This job puts such physical and emotional stress on the workers, as does many fast food services, yet were still expected to put in more while getting paid the bare minimum. I feel my coworkers and i are being taken advantage of for the profit of the company without ang compensation.

Benefits are a joke, and as a franchise employee, they're virtually nonexistent
