Review from Customer Success Dept

I like when we have good days.

Respect for me and all of m fellow co workers.

Being a productive person and showing that even handicapped and sexually assaulted, I came to WORK

interacting with co workers and regulars

When I'm able to come in and get a lot done I feel very accomplished at the end of the day. That's the best!

Working with the people I work with and making customers happy.

When there are enough people for when its supper busy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees arent happy and customers take notice

Not enough employees to timely meet customer needs

The attitude of the managers need to change

Quality of the food has gone down, while prices have risen too high.

The managers need new trainging or put managers that actully wanna work

Review from Sales Dept

As mentions before everything possible

The lack of empathy there

Clueless c level management that has no clue what happens in the cafes

Panera was purchased by a holding company for a quick profit squeeze. It has since lost nearly all of its identity and quality in an attempt to squeeze the most profit from its customers. Gloves and packaging fall apart at a touch, frozen ingredients are consistently replacing fresh...

Need fresh management and staff

the manager could be alot better

Food quality and speed, drive through

STOP MAKING REGISTER DO EVERYTHING.ITS NOT A ONE PERSON JOB YOU PHSYCOS

Just give me more hours

The hiring manager is genuinely awful he needs to be fired

Coffee is never fresh schedules never on time. People show up 20 minutes late and it's OK. Dress code isn't followed. Managers talk about other managers. Discrimination happens. It goes on and on.

Review from Sales Dept

Training for managers and associates is lacking and not unified. There is no set standard that everyone can agree on. Or if there is, not everyone will follow that standard.

Most opinions about my store come from past workers that and i believe it can be improved by welcoming the customors more and doing more for the people

Staffing, coaching, following up and accountability.

The store isn't regularly cleaned and the managers I charge aren't trained properly. When asked why they don't clean under the food prep table daily I was told "every other day is fine" and when I asked why the men's bathroom isn't cleaned I was told "we often don't have time"
