Papa John's International Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Tips and commission are great

Weekly pay exact hrs payment

The insurance and the vacation time

It helps to have that as a back up plan .

Never revived any compensation package

Very affordable for me my family

Review from Operations Dept

Don't have one yet I will get there one day

Review from Customer Support Dept

My low cost group health insurance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am paid nightly, and weekly.

Review from Sales Dept

That they offer one! Even a 401k plan

Review from Product Dept

The insurance is pretty good compared to most other places like fast food.

Review from Operations Dept

the best part is the bonus.

Review from Operations Dept

We are paid a decent amount in store however for drivers on the road it is a little less than appealing.

Review from Sales Dept

It's nice to get some gas compensation per delivery, but drivers should receive the entire delivery fee instead of just a small portion.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay and the hours

Review from Marketing Dept

Overall pay for delivery driver....

Review from Customer Support Dept

The company pays for me to have accidental death and short and long term diability

Review from Customer Support Dept

Decent package for my work

Review from Marketing Dept

Tips, there is no limit on tips, I can make from $100-$500 a night if there's enough pizza delivery

Review from Sales Dept

Paid time off and incentive pay

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, knowing that company policy was being followed and that consequences for their actions will be followed.

I worked at a different store for an extended amount of time ( not transferred). The other manager who had years less employment made more than I did. We were the same position.

If we were paid about the same if not better then the mcdonalds staff just a few feet from us.

Better pay and better benefits

Keep children out of food prep area giving instruct ions to staff. Make sure everyone is working and the work is split fairly.

I'm a great worker but papa John's needs to better their company to hire better people

Most people doing what I am asked to do are making double.

The salary was low balled.

Being paired a flat wage, and not having a driving rate. Benefits would be nice, but overall I just need a livable wage for my area.

More money, or bonus potential.

Fair pay based on market averages balanced with employee skill and experience. Plus, contributions made. They say thanks a lot, but not much more.

If a assistewnt works the same amount of hours as a generwl manager they are bringing home way more while having to do less work

GIVE EVERYBODY THAT BEEN THERE A YEAR OR KORE THERE PAID VACATION

to make average rent in the united states we'd have to make 35$/hr~

Review from Customer Success Dept

To be paid minimum wage when the store grosses over a million dollars.

Review from Sales Dept

Yes, being treated with respect

Review from Customer Support Dept

Would be nice to have wealth redistribution

Getting paid more would make me feel better about my work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay employees better and appreciate them every once in a while

Review from Marketing Dept

was underpaid and mistreated, was over worked for only 8.25 an hour and was truly not worth it.
