What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting the team was a great experience.

What makes you most happy at work?

My direct co workers are the best part of my day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My direct team is the positive. Outside that, I don't like to interact with people. Most are very negative.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair pay based on market averages balanced with employee skill and experience. Plus, contributions made. They say thanks a lot, but not much more.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct team is an amazing group of talented people. Outside of that team, I often wonder how that person got their job. So many seem completely oblivious to what the company needs.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executive Team doesn't really seem to talk to or listen to the real needs in the company when it comes to certain topics such as Diversity and Inclusion. That team seems to determine needs based solely on what they believe to be true. Not necessarily what IS true.
