
When taking notes and when we have manager meetings, we never really put our plans into effect for longer than a week.
I've noticed in my workplace, personally, the upper management is very bad with things like communication and giving the store things it needs. Like supplies or fixes around the store. It gets put off until last minute or doesn't get done at all.
I've been told that the reason why most of the employees don't respect me as a manager is because I'm young and I'm a woman. I feel as a manager and as a fellow coworker that I deserve more respect. Issues don't get resolved the right way in the workplace like they should.
