we need payed more no one cares about their jobs because we make so little money
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't care about their jobs because we are payed so low and are treated bad. Once min wage is raised and we make a liveable wage coworkers will like their jobs more and work harder. Papa Johns will never give a raise or raise anyone's wage we are counting on PA to raise min wage
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to realize the needs of the employees. I have worked there for over 3 years with not a single raise, i still make $5 an hour. Three Christmases have passed and not one single Christmas bonus. They do not care that we can't survive on such little pay. PA needs to raise min wage to help us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Drivers are payed $5 an hour plus tips and $1 a delivery. We spend more in gas then we make. Most nights after putting gas in our cars we leave with $0 in tips leaving us only making the $5 hourly wage. At 39 hours a week we cant even afford rent and bills and food, we are starving. raise min wage
