They need to begin to prioritize the well-being of their employees as opposed to looking for ways to cut corners and save money at the expense of the safety of the drivers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am kept much later than my shift is supposed to end and I am told that I am not allowed lunch breaks during 10 hour shifts and when I questioned this, I was laughed at by my manager
