It wasn't too great to be honest. The workload was so unbelievable that I couldn't stay any longer.

The people are what make it a good experience for me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was straight to the point and smooth. The manager was okay but very awkward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone really tried to help each other out as much as they could. We just needed more hands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems that we don't have enough money to hire new people because we were always busy and barely making it. We need more people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To not throw new people into the pit right away. That happened too much and it scares a lot of new employees off which in return results in high turn overrate.
