Starting was easy and good. But was the second location i worked for and both locations had drugs and alcohol inthe store while working. As well as things being said to staff thats inappropriate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Choosing a crew thats not passing pills through out the kitchen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fire and rehire the intire staff. Do drug tests. Monitor hiring
What did you like most about the interview process?
That i got the job so at least i was making money.
