Not be a bunch of yes men who think giving an employee a .05 cent raise after 3 years is good policy.
They need to be sued and fined for daily breaking tipped wage earners laws and for forcing employees to claim tips not earned.
To be honest, there is nothing positive. After 10 years I make less than minimum wage. Ten years ago I made $1.50 more per hour than minimum wage.
