Yes, knowing that company policy was being followed and that consequences for their actions will be followed.

I worked at a different store for an extended amount of time ( not transferred). The other manager who had years less employment made more than I did. We were the same position.

If we were paid about the same if not better then the mcdonalds staff just a few feet from us.

Better pay and better benefits

Keep children out of food prep area giving instruct ions to staff. Make sure everyone is working and the work is split fairly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop the gossiping and actually doing the job they are being paid to do so.

Work on their communication skills

No one has a positive attitude everyone is so unhappy and all they do is complain while putting the work on the couple that do work.

Less name calling, less cussing and less degrading others to improve ones self worth

I have no idea. The GMS don't feel they are fairly compensated so they do minimal work

New employees and new manager

we tell them what hours we can work they need to be accommodating. My whole family works here and they have all of us on different schedules and we never get to see each other. It is messing up my family. How would you feel never seeing your family? And I am the only one who can drive.

Hired too fast, didnt know anything about the company.

When I was hired the manager who is no longer with the company was either incompetent or very dishonest with the salary. The on the posting for the job was much higher than what I was offered then my first paycheck was lower than even that. The manager laughed at me when I said the rate posted rate

Quit openly lying to new hires about potential earnings and hours available.

Having a more serious interview process, for any and all positions. Nothing for only 5 minutes and nothing without explaining expectations clearly prior to considering offering employment.

Improvement I don't think is possible such a negative atmosphere.

They need to be sued and fined for daily breaking tipped wage earners laws and for forcing employees to claim tips not earned.
