I have been with Party City since 2018. I think they need to pay the Full Time employees more, give us a 6 month anniversary Paid time off day every year, paid birthday time off, paid time off 1 year anniversary and let us roll over all our vacation time to never loose it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Take our store manager out and we have a pretty good team. We work well together and can get things done. The ops manager is understanding and knows how to manage
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its not great. Yall took my sick pay away and never fixed it. You should let our vacation pay roll over and let us keep it. You dont give enough hours for our part timers to want to stay employed there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store manager is always in a bad mood. Employees do not like to talk to him. He can not get on a ladder, he has missed a lot of days of work recently. He makes the team uncomfortable some days because of his attitude. I have watched the ops lead and experienced lead run the store.
