
Actually learning how to be a leader. Need some more training how to how to lead a team especially when situations get very stressful.
Usually when there is a complaint by a customer, it is constant feeling of it is the workers fault regardless of the situation. There are no training videos on how to help mitigate the customer's anger especially when all the proper steps are followed.
Have the companies help support us more often. More pay and allow us to get more workers to hire than worry about losing money and cutting many hours to save some money. It always felt like we were scraping by with employees and even having the part timers do 30+ hour weeks.
No effective way to help make customers less angry other than making signs that say to place an order early for balloons especially on the weekend due to how busy it can get. Post it everywhere so they do not get mad at the longer pick up times due to their fault of waiting the last minute.
