The party city location where I was working had some problems with the General Manager. She is rude to her employees, thats why not a lot of people like to work at this location. So many complaints I heard about her that she doesn't make the place a good time to work.

More friendly with customers and love making balloon orders
What makes you most happy at work?
Balloons and when customers come in for party favors
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
She should be more nice and respectful to one another. She doesnt do it and she doesn't care about her job anymore
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For a General Manager she should have a plan on how the day goes or when she is leaving for vacation to have everything prepared to no be busy or overwhelmed
