Had managers breathing down my neck for every little thing. I was constantly disrespected and talked down to by my store manager. Every employee including some managers don't like one of the newer managers due to him being a corporate robot

the guys at party city are nice and are there if you need to talk about something
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the employees are POC so we can relate to a lot of things with each other
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would change how my store manager selecets new employees based off of their ethnicity or sexual orientation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The two highest managers are always breathing down employees necks and never giving them space. A lot of people feel disrespected. Managers twist around the PC rules and try to make them their own
