Overall enjoy my experience with the company but not my location, my location is known to cut hours as punishment or if they dont like your work performance; which for someone who has fiances and relies on my job, thats not okay. Especially when they made themselves seem one way compared to now

They are very sweet, helpint, understand, alot of them enjoy the job and give the best customer experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at communcating to their employees their issues and expectations instead of reducing hours over it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team, theyre so funny and make the hours there seem like minutes! Im always excited to work with my team
